1. What we are (and aren't)

PicksToday.AI is a sports analytics publisher. We provide model-generated predictions, statistics, and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook: we do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and we never hold your money. Whether, where, and how much you bet is your decision and responsibility, subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using sports prediction content is lawful where you live.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial; your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. We email a reminder before the first charge. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancellation never requires contacting support.

Free-month credit: if the full set of picks we publish finishes a calendar month net-negative in units (as graded on our public track record), every Pro subscriber active that month receives the following month as a credit, applied automatically.

4. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Our published track record is real but historical; past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is financial advice. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Your account & acceptable use

Subscriptions are personal. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly republishing our picks — including in paid groups, Discord servers, or social media — is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund. One account per person.

6. Intellectual property

The model, site content, brand, and pick format are our property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own betting decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicksToday.AI is not liable for betting losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes & contact
