What we collect

Your email address — to deliver picks and account messages. It's the only personal information the free plan requires.

Billing details — if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data — pages visited and emails opened, used in aggregate to improve the product.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, never share your email with sportsbooks or advertisers, and never track your real betting activity — we don't know what you bet, where, or how much. Paper bets inside the app are simulations with no real money; we use them only to power your own paper record. Your subscription fee is our only revenue from you.

Who we share with

Only the service providers needed to operate: our payment processor, email delivery provider, and privacy-respecting analytics. Each receives only what it needs and is bound by its own data-protection obligations. We disclose data beyond that only if legally required.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a first-party analytics cookie. No third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Unsubscribe from emails with one click, any time. Email privacy@pickstoday.ai to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days. Where you have GDPR/CCPA rights, we honor them regardless of where you live.

Retention & changes

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of account deletion, except records we must retain for tax or legal purposes. Material changes to this policy are announced by email before they take effect.
